Direct Bookings with Aussie Macro Photos are welcome to amend your booking (date of tour, tour type etc.) at any time prior to 24 hours before the commencement of your tour. Please email info@aussiemacrophotos.com with your request.

Cancellation fees apply to All Tours, including Special Tours. Bookings cancelled within 24 hours of travel are subject to 100% cancellation at Aussie Macro Photos discretion. A cancellation fee of 100% may be charged for any additional tour components (including transfers and camera hire) cancelled within 24 hours of the tour date.

Changes to your booking within 24 hours of the tour commencement may incur an amendment fee at Aussie Macro Photos discretion. Any changes are subject to availability and any additional experiences/upgrades added to your itinerary will require additional payment.

Credits for tours may be offered at the discretion of Aussie Macro Photos and are valid for 12 Months. Refunds may be offered to Bookings at Aussie Macro Photos discretion for certain circumstances, including bad weather. An administration fee of $25 may be deducted from the refund to cover Booking Fees and Administration.
